Standard Walk In Panels - Advance warranties our panels for 10 years from the date of manufacture. Warranty covers repair or replacement of our panels under normal use. Warranty covers the cost of the material only.
Environmental Chamber Panels - Advance Energy will warranty our panels for 10 years from the date of manufacturing for "steadystate" chambers only. All other environmental applications such as cycling chambers or humidity chambers will have a manufacturing warranty that covers defects in the panel(s), due to manufacturing for 1 year from the date of delivery. Warranty covers repair or replacement of our panels under normal use. Warranty covers the cost of the material only.
Refrigerated door hardware and door heaters are warrantied for 1 year from the date of delivery.
This covers the replacement of the defective parts only.
Refrigeration: All refrigeration parts are warrantied for 1 year from the date of delivery. This covers the replacement of the defective part(s) only; no labor charges are covered.
An Optional Four-Year Extended Compressor Warranty covers replacement of one compressor after the first year through the fifth year.
Should this optional warranty be taken, it covers the replacement cost of the compressor itself.
Labor and freight are not included. This coverage is billed separately through ACM Indemnity.
Labor Warranty: Advance's standard parts and labor warranty on refrigeration systems in 90 days. All exceptions or extensions to the 90 Day Labor Policy must be in writing and approved by the Vice President of Sales.
