Walk-in panels shall be modular tongue and groove and constructed of precision roll-
formed metal covering and 100% injection molded polyurethane. Polyurethane foam exhibits
the best strength and characteristics in the inducstry today witha foam density of 2.3
lbs per cubic ft. The panels shall be a thickness of 2", 4", 5", 6", or 8" with an
R-factor of R-8 per inch. Our standard widths are 11½", 23", 34½", and 46"
in continuous lengths of up to 29' 10". All panels are connected with cam-lock fasteners
not to exceed 34½" between each cam.
Panel seam P-Gaskets are USDA and NSF approved vinyl and they shall be injection molded inplace
at ht time of manufacturer. Available in PBC silicone with butyl or contact adhesive:

(PSF), while maintaining 80% of all thermal properties. Floor drains are foamed in place and
recessed into the panels.
